This little piece of heaven nestled at the foothills of the lush Cederberg Mountains is the ideal wilderness getaway to escape, relax and meet some fascinating locals. The combination of warm friendly service, delicious organic cuisine, stylish accommodation, and total privacy makes Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve one of our favourite hideaways. Bushmans Kloof has seven luxury rooms, all with a private patio overlooking the landscaped indigenous gardens where you can unwind with a glass of chilled South African wine whilst admiring the spectacular surroundings and weird and wonderful rock formations.

All rooms have underfloor heating and state of the art technologies, as well as luxury pampering products to soothe and revive.

We love the Spa, which has been inspired by the healing essences of Africa, has introduced its own anti-ageing body and skincare treatments, which are said to harness the power of African plant extracts and essential oils.
