Not everyone was blessed with good guidance growing up. It mattered to me ;. Oh wow, what an awful decision by that minister! I never thought of it but why not? These folks are on public view a lot. And their particular job requires a certain amount of of sartorial formality and restraint. I thought it was so touching.
