You should normally receive your NEXUS Card within 10 calendar days of the approval of your application, which usually occurs the same day as or the next business day after your interview.
If you do not receive your card within 3 weeks, you should contact the enrolment centre you attended for your interview.
Conditional Approval months or more Once your application has been submitted online , it can take anywhere from months, to even longer, for approval , depending on the time of year you submit the application, and other factors. Submit a Paper Application without delay If you have a complicated application, you can expect conditional approval to take much longer. There could be other reasons for delay as well. Getting a Different Interview Time or Date through TTP The way you change the time or date or your interview depends upon how soon the appointment is: If your interview is scheduled for 24 hours from when you want to change it, you have to contact the enrolment centre by phone as a change made online will not be registered in time.
If your interview is schedule for more than 24 hours from when you want to change it, it is easier to change your interview through TTP, using the same calendar you used to book it. The TTP system lets you change the time of your interview, the date or the location. If you want to change the location of your interview, you will have to change it more than 24 hours in advance, and you can do so through TTP.
