If you follow sports regularly, customer service was relatively easy. Scheduling wasn't the most organized though. Overall, there's much worse places a student can go work at.

Met a couple of NHL hockey players there which was a surprise. Pros Not a stressful environment, Customers are relatively easy going, that odd celebrity would walk-in occasionally. Cons Minimum wage which isn't ideal, disorganized scheduling. Was this review helpful?

Yes No. Report Share. Pros discount on jerseys. Cons everything. Not worth wasting your time working here as your just a number to them. Low pay low hours and they expect lids to be your only job. Pros Mall discounts. Cons Terrible bosses and pay. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. No one in upper management knows what they are doing. District manager was horrible at her job, never provided any help or guidance on issues you might have had in store.

Lack of training throughout the whole company. Left high and dry so many times with issues regarding the embroidery machine in store. Had to learn how to fix it myself.

Just a horrible place to work overall with trash pay on top of it. The DSM was the worst I've ever worked for. Extremely high expectations of me as a store manager that were not easily ket. Never satisfied, always threatening to fire me and replace me. Pros Fun to work with the embroidery machine.

Cons Everything else sucked. Rate your recent company Share your experience to help others. I literally had no good experiences while working here. Not only was I expected to work between the two stores, but I never got any benefits from it. They never appreciated the work I put in and the manager is toooo power hungry.

Pros Literally none. Good place for a first job, need to clean the store sometimes, deal with money, deal with customers and stitch hats. Good coworkers to work with sometimes good management just depends on who it is. Awful hours as well. Price a Job for Free. By Topic. Pay Equity. By Industry. Retail and Customer Service.
